As a producer

As a producer with a passion for cross-communication and team building, I have led cross-discipline teams from pre-production through launch on titles like HardDriverz and Kila: Hourbound. I specialize in streamlining workflows and optimizing processes to keep projects on schedule while maintaining communication and a high-quality bar.

I lead with a servant leadership approach. I advocate for each person on the team and try to build a culture where even the small wins get celebrated. Long-term I want to grow into an executive producer or studio head role.

How I got here

Having the opportunity to be a lead producer on a large 50-plus-person team was not on my bingo card until a few years ago. For most of my life, my goal was to be a general manager or an equivalent role at a company like Microsoft or Google. I was happy pursuing it, but my motivation to get there wasn't where it needed to be. 2023 marked a turning point, setting me on a path that reignited my drive and passion with a newfound direction: stepping into the role of producer.

Before becoming a producer, the journey began with Pokémon Leaf Green, arguably one of the best Pokémon games. When I was younger, my best friend introduced me to his copy. Jealous, I knew I had to get my hands on it somehow. Eventually my amazing dad went to Target and bought the game for me. From that moment I was hooked, hiding my Gameboy under my pillow at bedtime and falling in love with gaming.
